It is with pleasure that we invite you to our 25th Annual 6-a-side Tournament to be held at

Rainham Mark Grammar School, Pump Lane, Gillingham, Kent ME8 7AJ

on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th May 2010.

As in previous years we are looking to attract teams from across Kent with a focus on fun and enjoyment for the whole family. Early entry is recommended as we could not accommodate all entries last year! The tournament will be run over 2 days and our playing schedule will be confirmed shortly after the closing date.

Age groups are: Boys - 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,16 & 18. Girls -10, 11, & 12. All age groups will be 6 a side (maximum squads of 8), with Under 7s & Under 8s playing a friendly tournament in accordance with the new 2008/9 FA guidelines re competitive football. All players in these friendly competitions will receive a memento. In the other age groups, as previously, we shall be playing an initial league phase, followed by a knockout tournament.

The closing date for entering the tournament will be 25th April 2010.

Refreshments, including a barbeque, will be available on the day. Further details and the rules of the tournament will be issued with acceptance of your entry. We look forward to welcoming your team to the tournament and if you would like any more details then do not hesitate to contact me.
